ORLÉANS — In communities across Ontario, patients are waiting too long
for care and finding it difficult to navigate a disconnected and confusing
health care system. The Government of Ontario is investing in new, innovative
models to create a better care experience for patients and to build more
capacity within the health care system to help end hallway health care.
