LEAMINGTON — Today, Caroline Mulroney, Minister of
Transportation, was joined by Rick Nicholls, MPP for Chatham-Kent-Leamington, to
announce the Ontario government is widening Highway 3 from two to four lanes
between the town of Essex and Leamington.
